Loan Program For Self Employed Borrower’s That Can’t Provide Tax Returns…

This is a program we have for self employed borrowers that can’t provide traditional tax returns to get a mortgage.

Here are some details about this program…

· Up to 90% LTV
· No 1040’s, no 4506T, no prepay, No MI, no reserves, 100% gift funds allowed
· 24 months Business statements – if sole owner: use 50% deposits
· 24 months Personal statements – if sole owner: use 100% deposits
· Owner Occupied – min 600 FICO
· 50%Max DTI
· Max of 6 NSF’s in the last 12 months
· All owners on bank statements must be put on loan
· Higher middle score between borrowers on bank statements used
