There was an announcement in the mortgage market late last week that many of the major banks have gone to a minimum score of 640 for all FHA loans.
…Well, that may be the case for them – but not me!
I’m still doing Automated FHA loans down to 620.
…and, I’m still doing manual FHA loans down to 600!
So, if you want an FHA loan and your score is between 600 and 640 – you know where to come for your loan.
